7-7 Prayer for our Partnership & Youth
Saturday 14 September at HTS from 7am to 7pm. Come along and spend time with God. 12
hours of continuous prayer by people of all ages. The theme being UNITY.
Harvest 22nd September
As part of our Harvest Celebration please can we ask you to bring gifts for the Filling
Station. They would like donations of tins, packets of food such as biscuits/crisps and
toiletries. Please make sure the tins you provide are food that can be eaten straight out of
the tin – these people live rough and do not have cookers! ... (Reminder: Provide single size with
ring pull openings where possible)
The Theme of our Harvest Service is ‘Make them one’ and Rainbows will feature strongly in
the service. After the Service we shall share a Harvest Lunch, it would be great if the food
we eat could be rainbow coloured so get your thinking caps on and prepare some delicious
rainbow treats. Please invite other friends along to this service and Harvest Lunch. I am
hoping that some of you may also offer a little entertainment as we had last year. ‘ There’s
a hole in my bucket’ which was performed by Chris last year was a delight to behold. So if
you like entertaining others please have an act up your sleeve or a game for us to all join in.
Barn Dance
Saturday 28 September from 7pm at HTS. A retirement celebration for Dick Gray. Please
RSVP to Dick & Janet Gray dick643@btinternet.com for catering purposes. Also the
Partnership service at Westlea is Dick's final service.
