Tom Gabbay 曾擔任 NBC 電視台的兒童節目製作及參與電影《芝麻街》的製作工

The year is 1953 and Jack Teller finds himself in Tehran, posing as a high-level
American oil executive as part of operation Ajax, the newly-formed CIA’s first ever

ultimately decide which side he will betray. It is a decision that will affect not only the

Twenty-six years later, in 1979, Jack returns to a very different Iran. The country is in
the grip of a religious revolution, and the streets of the capital city are filled with daily

About the author:
Tom Gabbay is an American living in Europe. He started his career producing films for
“Sesame Street,” and later became Director of Children’s Programming for NBC. Three
years later, he became the network’s Director of Comedy Programming, supervising
sitcoms such as “Cheers,” and “Family Ties.” In 1990, he became Creative Director of
the production partnership between NBC and ITV in London. A scriptwriter as well as
an author, he has recently adapted his first novel, The Berlin Conspiracy, for the
