Northwest Europe Tour
12nd – 22nd May 2015/ 11 day & 10 nights
1st day – Prague
Arrival in Prague in the afternoon. We make a 3 hours long guided tour. The Best of
Prague Walking Tour explores the main sights and attractions in this enchanting city - the
tour starts in the medieval centre of Prague, before strolling into the Jewish Quarter. Next,
we cross one of Europe’s oldest stone bridges, Charles Bridge - and includes an enjoyable
walk through the Prague Castle complex. Free time. Hostel and dinner in Prague.
2nd day - Bonn
After breakfast we set off to Bonn, Germany. After arrival we have dinner in the hostel.
3rd day - Amsterdam
After breakfast we visit the famous Gothic Cologne Cathedral in Cologne and then we go to
the Lindt chocolate factory and museum. In the afternoon we are travelling forward
Amsterdam. Dinner in the hostel.
4th day – Amsterdam, Brussels
After breakfast we have guided walking tour and boat trip in Amsterdam. During this 3
hour stroll around the historical centre our friendly local guides will expose you to over 800
years of Amsterdam history and culture. Then travel to Brussels, which is the capital of
Belgium and the de facto capital of the European Union. We have a short walking
tour in the old city center. Dinner and hostel in the city.
5th day – London
This day we travel to England. In the late afternoon free time in London. Dinner at the
hostel.
6th day – London
After breakfast we will explore the very best of London on a fully-guided tour. You'll
take a scenic drive through the West End and City past famous sights such as Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and
Trafalgar Square, see the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace. In the afternoon, enjoy a sefl-guided tour
of St Paul's Cathedral and visit the Tower of London. Dinner at the hostel.

7th day – Travel to Paris
After breakfast set out to Calais, travel back to the Continent with Eurotunnel.Arrival in Paris in the evening. 2
nights accommodation in Paris.
8th day - Paris
After breakfast we take part in a sightseeing tour by bus - See the sights that make Paris the
most romantic and famous city in the world! Hit all the major sights, including the Champs
Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde, Paris Opera, Louvre Palace, and the Eiffel
Tower. In the afternoon free time. Accommodation in Paris. This day there is no dinner at the
hostel.
9th day – Travel to Strasbourg
Leaving Paris and travel towards Strasbourg. As for our plan we have a stop in Reims. Many people know Reims
for its cathedral, Notre-Dame de Reims, formerly the place of coronation of the kings of France. The cathedral
became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1991. In the evening we arrive in
Strasbourg. Dinner in the hostel.
10th day – Strasbourg - Munich
After breakfast we discover Strasbourg. The city is chiefly known for its sandstone
Gothic Cathedral with its famous astronomical clock, and for its medieval cityscape
of Rhineland black and white timber-framed buildings, particularly in the PetiteFrance district. Then we travel towards Munich. We would like to take a break in
Tübingen. This is a traditional university town, where we can spend a short time.
Old town landmarks include the Rathaus (City Hall) on Marktplatz (Market Square)
and the castle. In the evening arrival in Munich.
11th day - Munich
The city of Munich has a lot attraction to offer for all ages and tastes. Whether you are interested in history,
architecture or art; whether you enjoy strolling through parks, fancy attractions like a trip to the Bavaria film studios,
guided tours or long for a visit to one of Munich's famous traditional beer gardens, you'll always find something
exciting in this multi-faceted city. After the guided walk travelling home, arrival late in the evening.
