Y10 French prose
In May I went to France
for a week with my school,
and stayed at a youth hostel
in the town centre.
We ate chicken and chips
the first evening: it was delicious.
During the week when I was in Rouen
I visited the cathedral
and played tennis with my friends.
To pay for the trip
I worked in a shop for a month
and my parents gave me some money.
