Main Purpose of job
To support the Site Manager with the day to day operations at the Materials Recycling
Facility in accordance with legislative and Company requirements
Principal Accountabilities

To follow the instructions from line management regarding personal health and
safety and that of fellow operatives and visitors to site
To carry out daily operations as directed by the Site Manager and in accordance
with the legislative requirements e.g. site licence, environment management
systems and working plan
To operate fixed and mobile plant, strictly adhering to the operational and health
and safety instructions

Relevant fixed and mobile plant experience and mechanical understanding
The ability to listen to understand and follow instructions
The ability to rapidly achieve basic understanding of the site licence,
environment management systems and working plan for each of the facilities
with appropriate instruction
Flexible approach and the ability to work within a team
The ability to deal in appropriate manner with a range of visitors at the Materials
Recycling Facility
