sinks)
4. Hallways
5. Closets
 Action photos of:
1. Chemicals being sprayed
2. Cloth wiping down everything (sinks, tubs, showers, appliances, counter
tops, light fixtures, cover plates, cabinets, windows)
3. Broom sweeping all hard floors
4. Vacuuming every carpeted area
5. Mopping all the hard floors
 After photos of all rooms including:
1. Bedrooms
2. Bathroom (sink, tub, toilets, cabinets, mirrors)
3. Kitchen (all counter tops, appliances, over view of all cabinets opened,
sinks)
4. Hallways
5. Closets
6. New air fresheners in each bathroom (at least 2)
7. One new air freshener on counter with MAID SERVICE CHECKLIST
8. Three separate photos of air fresheners placed on countertops with the
dates clearly visible (date needs to be one day prior to due date)
9. Photo of lockbox, lockbox with the keys inside, and keys being used to
open the door

5. Backyard
6. If there is a sidewalk separating grass area that needs to be maintained and
photographed as well.
 Action photos of:
1. Lawn mower (required if there is any grass areas. No exceptions)
2. Weed whacker (must be on and running in photo)
3. Blower/broom
4. Rake (if needed)
 After photos of:
1. Front yard area (required if there is any grass areas. No exceptions)
2. Both sides of the driveway
3. Planters
4. If there is a sidewalk separating grass area that needs to be maintained and
photographed as well
5. Both sides of the house
6. Backyard
7. All yards need to be free of leaves/trash or debris
8. Photo of lockbox, lockbox with the keys inside, and keys being used to open
the door

 Toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers cleaned
 (3) Three air fresheners installed and dated
 Ceiling fans dusted
 Vents, grills, heat exchangers dust free
 Fireplace cleaned out
 Garage swept and dusted
