Course Preparations Instrumentation Guidelines A 6210 TOF instrument with workstation is required. An electrospray source and Agilent 1100 or 1200 HPLC with vacuum degasser, autosampler- high performance, binary pump, UV detector. Please have consumables on hand for the TOF and HPLC such as capillaries, ferrules, etc. For required samples – see below. Each student should have a laptop computer with offline software noted above.. This course uses A.02 TOF software. Load course data files and methods into appropriate folders.
