Henrik Ancher-Jensen

President, Order Fulfillment and Supply Chain
Henrik Ancher-Jensen is senior vice president, Agilent,
and president, Order Fulfillment and Supply Chain (OFS).
He is responsible for leading the effort to leverage
Agilent’s strength in manufacturing, procurement and
logistics across the company’s businesses.
Prior to this role, Ancher-Jensen was corporate vice
president of Global Operations at Dako (now an Agilent
Technologies company), where he had global
responsibility for manufacturing, supply chain, logistics,
customer service and global IT. Preceding that position, he served as Dako’s vice
president of Global Supply Chain and CIO, where he optimized manufacturing
operations, re-engineered customer service business processes, and developed and
implemented a new global IT strategy resulting in a standardized technical
infrastructure and significant cost savings.
Ancher-Jensen’s experience spans several earlier executive positions directing global
supply chain, global business process optimization and global IT at Chr. Hansen, Inc., a
leading food industry company, and at Deloitte Consulting/ICS where he provided client
counsel on strategy and business process development.
Ancher-Jensen holds a BA in Economics from Aarhus University, Denmark.
