Minutes of STAFF ADMIN MEETING

Apologies were received from Sam Khan, Catherine Lynch, Mary Furnice,

1 EB asked staff to make sure any parents they let in were directed to a
member of staff, not just left in the corridor. There have been some
occasions when parents were found on their own in the DHT office and
have apparently been going through things in the Welfare room on their
own.
2 LA have sent round information re cycle to work scheme. Staff can get
funding towards new cycles.
3 JI and LS are trialling teaching maths by setting children in both year 2
classes. This will be after playtime after half term. They are looking for a
space for some of this work. They may put a table in the corner of the
hall.
4 The outside door by the PE store is now opening ok, but not closing
properly. Please make sure you close it carefully.
5 JS asked staff to shut down PCs and air con in suite if they think they are
the last.
6 SK thanked staff for accommodating his walkround with RW
(headteacher) this morning
7 Curriculum monitoring taking place after half term. Please see SK to
book a slot
8 CM has put Inset Day timetable on board
9 LS will put up order forms for Art and DT. NG will look for sugar paper.
