Collaborated with the Director of the Bogoni Center developing community
education topics for local health care providers and caregivers that address health
service needs and improve the life of the aging population in western New York.

Provided community education lectures that instructed health care providers in
how to use equipment and position residents and clients to prevent pressure
ulcers at several facilities throughout western New York.
Graduate Research Assistant—The Pennsylvania State University
 Served as a member of the research team for the evaluation of the Better Jobs
Better Care demonstration funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and
The Atlantic Philanthropies.
 Constructed data files and performed data analysis using SPSS, SAS, STATA,
and Mplus statistical packages.
 Completed literature reviews of management practices and their impacts on
workforce outcomes.
 Authored and co-authored peer-reviewed journal articles and project
