Instruction for the preparation of abstract for the KOD 2012 Symposium Proceedings –
Book of Abstracts is presented. These example provides You the style, which we wish You
to adopt during the preparation of Your abstract.
Maximum length of Your abstract is one page of this format paper, but it should include
sufficient details from Your paper. The book of abstract will be published on English. The
paper should be sent as a Word document in electronic form on e-mail: kod@uns.ac.rs. For
more information please visit: www.kod.ftn.uns.ac.rs.
The text should be written on page format 171x241mm using fonts Times New Roman, 10
pt, single spacing. All margins - 20 mm, using mirror margins. You can use only one page
of this format.

A typical length will have a minimum word
count of 300 words including any applicable
illustrations, tables and references.
Reviewers will use this longer abstract to judge
the level of consistency between the paper and

Abstracts should be sent to the following mail address: kod@uns.ac.rs. The deadline to
submit the abstract is December 31, 2011.
Final text papers prepared according to given instruction should be submitted before April
1st 2012.
Final text papers will be reviewed and published in journal Machine Design, Vol.4 (2012).
The number of papers is limited. One person can sign two papers at the most, but only one
paper as the first author.
