COMMUNITY SERVICES PROCUREMENT
TEMPLATE CHANGE PROPOSAL FORM
Government Procurement’s Funding and Contracting Services Unit, in consultation with the State
Solicitor’s Office, develops, reviews and maintains a suite of tendering and contracting templates for use
by Government Agencies who procure Community Services from the not-for-profit community sector.
The unit has implemented a formal template change process and plans to undertake reviews bi-annually.
Changes will be reported to the Partnership Forum.
Please send your completed form to fundingandcontracting@finance.wa.gov.au in an email marked
“Template Change Proposal”. If your proposal is too long or complex for this form, please attach a
separate word document showing your suggestions in ‘Tracked Changes’. Supporting documents should
be attached when available.
