We have 15 Saw-Zall Bags to outfit with the requested items listed above. All items to be placed in bags except for 10 x 10 soft protection blankets or tarps. In Lieu of the tarps/blankets for soft protection a Kovenex blanket would be preferable. The cost is more but they offer flash protection & broken glass does not stick to it. These blankets have proven to hold up extremely well, are compact and come with a soft case/bag that is bright orange. All of the items listed at Lowes were in stock at the South Hill Lowes. I am suggesting that all items chosen to be purchased be the exact ones listed. It is my opinion that each of the items performs certain tasks and has proved to perform well in the field of extrication All items listed as “In House” were the items that I assumed Pat Merriman would stock or has specific vendors to purchase through, these are not company specific. I would like to be able to put together a plastized inventory tags for each of the compartments where these kits will be housed on our rigs. I would also like the items that are purchased for these bags be sent to my attention at station 73. I can then place the bags in service there and then distribute them per the direction of Op’s. If you have any questions please contact me at 381-0213 or station 73 “A” shift until the end of the year. Thank you, Lt. Pugh Station 73 A -Shift Page 2
