Individual Activity: Think of some employee issues you may have struggled with over the last year
and honestly assess what you would like to develop more skills in to make those issues easier in the
future. Also identify what areas where you excel and would not gain any additional skill in investing
time learning.
A rating of “1” is the lowest score and “5” is the highest.
