Bologna process reforms in your country Has your country restructured higher education degrees in two-cycles as provided in the Bologna process i.e. first cycle of at least 3 years duration and a second cycle of 1 or 2 years? Explain if any subject areas (e.g. medicine, engineering, law etc.) have been exempted from the new structure. Explain stage of implementation of Bologna process degree restructuring in your country. The law in Slovenia defined two types of structure: 3 + 2 or 4 + 1. European regulated studies (medicine, pharmacy, architecture, … ) have been exempted from this structure. The Bologna degree restructuring in Slovenia is implementing gradually, the dead line is the study year 2009/2010. Faculty of Education is planning to implement the new structure in 2008/09.
