MORNING AND AFTERNOON DUTY
EXPECTATIONS & PROCEDURES
CAFETERIA
Monitors will make sure each student is in dress code.
Monitors will make sure students are seated once they
receive their trays and that all trays and trash are put up. All
monitors will address any inappropriate behavior.
COURTYARD
Courtyard monitors will move around and address dress code
and inappropriate behavior. Students who must go into the
main building must have a pass form the teacher who they are
going to see.
BUS LOADING
Bus monitors should watch students as they loads and

unload. Monitors shall address dress code and inappropriate
UNLOADING
behavior issues. Monitors will welcome students as they
come to the area. Monitors shall ensure the safety of bus
riders and walkers as they come to the gym area. In the
afternoon, monitors should ensure that students load the
buses in a timely and safe manner and address inappropriate
behavior.
PARKING LOT
Monitors will move students to the gym/cafeteria as soon as
they enter the parking lot. Monitors will welcome students as
they arrive in the parking lot and be polite in addressing dress
code issues. When students are leaving campus, monitors
will encourage students to wear seat belts and to drive safely.
Students shall not loiter in parking lots. Monitors will address
any inappropriate behaviors.

Safety of our students as they come and go and are on our
STAKEHOLDERS campus is our paramount goal. Be proactive in ensuring the
safety of our students.
