Application Requirements
1. For cheque payment, please make in favour of "National University of Singapore" and
forward to NUS, Comparative Medicine (CM), Centre for Life Sciences, 28 Medical Drive,
#05-02, Singapore 117456. Please write your full name, department and contact on the
reverse side of the cheque.
2. Application should be made two weeks before course commencement. Late submission will
not be entertained.
3. No refund will be entertained once registration is confirmed by CM (generally 7 working days
before course commencement).
4. Seats will be allotted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
5. Participants should bring along clean lab coat for the hands-on sessions.
6. Certificate of attendance will be issued upon full completion of the course.
