LED Motion sensor night light

General description
A pack of three LED night lights, with automatic sensors, that are ideal for lighting
hallways, bathrooms and landings. No need to flick a switch as the light comes on
automatically which is great if you find you are up in the night. It can also be used free
standing, which is perfect if you are travelling or staying in unfamiliar surroundings like
a hotel or with friends.
Motion sensor has a range of three meters and automatically turns off after 30
seconds. Provides three square meters of bright light coverage. Supplied with a
mounting bracket and Velcro for secure installation.

Front
Situated on the front of the universal light is the motion sensor and LED light.
Back
Attached to the back of the universal light is the loose mounting bracket which has two
holes positioned approximately 6.7cm (2.6 inches) apart, which are for the wall
mounting screws. When the bracket is removed you will notice two holes towards the
top edge which are used to hold the bracket in place. Towards the right edge are two
thumb type screws. These are unscrewed with a flathead screwdriver or coin to
remove the battery compartment cover to gain access to the battery compartment.

Getting started
Inserting the batteries
Each light uses 4 x AA 1.5V alkaline batteries.

Remove the mounting bracket from the back of the light - to do this slide it down
with your fingers and lift out to remove.
Remove the battery compartment cover by unscrewing the two thumb screws anticlockwise with a flathead screwdriver (or a coin will do).
Insert 4 x AA batteries with the negative (flat) end of each battery positioned
against the spring within the battery compartment.
Replace battery cover.
Insert the two thumb screws and tighten.
Batteries are available from RNIB under product code BAT01.
Please note: RNIB does not guarantee batteries.
Important note: This ceiling light takes a minute or two to stabilise, before operating
correctly.
Please leave in the dark for a minute or two before checking the operation is OK.
This also applies every time you fit new batteries.
Please note: Light will only turn on in complete darkness.
Mounting light using tape

Attach double-sided tape to the back of the mounting bracket.
Slide mounting bracket on to the back of the light.
Stick light to your desired location using the other side of tape.

Remove the mounting bracket.
Place two screws into the small holes of the mounting bracket.
Secure mounting bracket to your desired location.
Slide the light on to the mounting bracket lining up the tabs and push up to secure.
Mounting to solid surface

Remove the mounting bracket.
Drill a hole into the solid wall in your desired location and insert two wall plugs into
hole.
Place two screws into the mounting bracket.
Secure mounting bracket into wall plugs.
Slide light on to the mounting bracket lining up the tabs and push up to secure.
