INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
1. Application form for participation in the conference should be sent by
31.07.2012. When a paper will be presented, its summary, no more than 1800
signs, should also be sent together with the application form.
2. The papers prepared and presented according to the requirements, will be
published in a Book of papers of the Scientific and Practical Conference of
BRIA, which will be given to the participants on the Opening Day of the
conference, after the participation fee has been paid.
3. Time for reading a paper, including the discussion is not more than 30
minutes.
4. The final agenda of the conference will be given to the participants at their
registration.
5. The registration will be on Friday, 2nd November, from 8 to 10 a.m. at the
Conference registration desk.
6. The participation fee is 150 Euros and should be transferred to the bank
account of BRIA no later than 30.09.2012. The same fee, but in the amount of
200 euros, can be paid on the Opening Day of the conference. For each one of
the papers there should be at least one participation fee.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PAPERS PREPARATION
For publishing in the Book of papers of The Scientific and Practical
Conference of BRIA will be accepted materials from the Conference no larger
than 10 standard type-writing pages (18 000 signs) with a short summary in
Bulgarian or English. They should be on an electronic carrier in text format
Word Document or Rich Text Format, font Times New Roman 12 pts, line
spacing 1.5, and printed in one copy.
All tables, schemes and figures should be done in Word for Windows,
should not be scanned, formulas should be written in Equation.
The text should be printed only on one side, and the author’s three names
should be written below the title. At the end of the paper the used literature
(author, title, place and year of publishing) should be attached, cited with the
corresponding indexes in the text.
The materials for publishing should be sent at the address for
correspondence no later than 30.09.2012.
At the last page of the manuscript should be given contact data of the author
– telephone/fax or e-mail.
The papers that do not meet the requirements or are not sent in time will not
be published.
