Michael Gans – Biography Michael Gans is a partner in Blake, Cassels & Graydon’s New York City office where his practice focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Recent examples of Michael’s experience include advising Lafarge S.A. in connection with its offer to acquire the minority interest in Lafarge Canada and participating in the Blakes team advising TUI AG in connection with its US$2 billion acquisition of CP Ships and subsequent debt refinancings. Michael is a member of the Securities Regulation Committee of the New York City Bar and the Negotiated Acquisitions Committee of the American Bar Association.
