Guide to Complete OPN Enrollment Form: Membership Upgrade
Overview
The Oracle PartnerNetwork offers three membership levels: Partner, Certified Partner (CP), and Certified Advantage Partner (CAP).
Once you are a member, you may upgrade from Partner to Certified Partner or Certified Advantage Partner.
To upgrade your membership, log in to Oracle PartnerNetwork and select ‘Membership’ and click ‘Upgrade Membership.’ If you are
already signed into the Oracle Partner Portal, click here.
Note to OPN Primary Administrator: You do not need to execute a separate Oracle PartnerNetwork Agreement or submit additional
payment for membership upgrades. Your OPN membership fee covers 1 year regardless of levels. However, if you choose the upgrade
option during your membership renewal period (90 days prior to expiration), you will be required to accept the online terms of the Oracle
PartnerNetwork Agreement and submit payment for the next annual membership period. Learn more about the benefits of upgrading

 Review the benefits and program criteria tables for membership upgrades link to new benefit and criteria tables.
 Complete and Submit Membership Upgrade Form for Certified Partner (CP) or Certified Advantage Partner (CAP).
Step-by-Step Guide
STEP 1: Answer the Membership Upgrade
question.
North America
Applicants within North America must select
“Continue working directly with Oracle.”
STEP 2: Review and update the Country,
Email Address, and select Membership Type.
Note: You are only required to enter a value
in the Worldwide Parent PIN field if you select
the ”Associate” membership type.

STEP 3: Review and update Company
Information, Page 1.
Note: You will be required to review and
update all 4 pages in this section.
Page 1 outlines the Primary contact for your
OPN related activities. This page will be prepopulated with the details of the person
applying for the membership and they will
automatically be nominated as your
company's Primary OPN Administrator. The
Primary OPN Administrator is the main
contact person within your company whose
role will be to manage your OPN
Membership.

Important Note: The Primary Administrator
email must contain the company domain. Do
NOT use a Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.
STEP 4: Review and update Company
Information, Page 2.
Page 2 of the Company Information requires
you to provide us with information about your
company such as Company Legal Name and
Address.
Note: It is important that the Company Legal
Name entered here be the same as is on your
Oracle PartnerNetwork Agreement.

STEP 5: Review and update Company
Information, Page 3.
Page 3 of the Company Information requires
you to provide us with additional information
about your company such as Partner
Category, Product Focus Areas and
Specializations. You should choose the
Partner Category which best describes your
company and the Product Focus Areas in
which you plan to engage. Please keep in
mind that, although you may declare your
interest, you may not be accepted in the
Product Focus Areas you have selected.
In addition, you will be asked to select your
preferred Oracle Value-Added Distributor
(VAD).
In APAC, partners from Malaysia and Taiwan
who want to resell Oracle programs must
work with a VAD.
In North America, partners who want to resell
Oracle software must work with a VAD.
Partners whose customers are primarily
Federal, State and Local Government
Agencies should select "N/A" on the pick list
and will need to work directly with Oracle and
not through VADs.

STEP 6: Review and update Company
Information tab, Page 4.
Page 4 of the Company Information contains
questions that ask partners to validate the
existence of related parties, their company
structure, compliance with US laws and other
applicable local laws. Please review and
update as appropriate.
Please note that failure to respond to these
questions may result in delay or rejection of
your application.
STEP 7: Complete Sales, Page 1.
You are required to provide details on
Number of Implementations completed, Total
Oracle License Revenue, etc.
STEP 8: Complete Sales Tab, Page 2.
You are required to provide details on
Customer Reference information, Products
Implemented, etc.

STEP 9: Complete Product and Services
Information, Page 1
Please list your company's Oracle Certified
Professionals (OCPs) and indicate which are
dedicated to Oracle.
STEP 10: Complete Product and Services
Information, Page 2
This section is required for you to provide us
with information about each product with
which your company works.
STEP 11: Sign Contract. You do not need to
execute a separate Oracle PartnerNetwork
Agreement when upgrading your OPN
membership. Review the statement and click
the CONTINUE button to proceed to the next
section.
STEP 12: Payment Info. You do not need to
submit payment when upgrading your OPN
membership.
Review the statement and click the NEXT
button to proceed to the next section.
STEP 13: Submit Form. To submit your
online form for processing, a red check mark
must appear next to each section heading. If
a check mark is missing, use the left
navigation menu to access the questions.
Once all sections are marked with a check
mark, the SUBMIT FORM button will appear
in red.
Click the SUBMIT FORM button to submit
your membership upgrade request to Oracle
for processing.

STEP 14: Thank You Page. After Oracle
has verified your responses, you will be
notified of your successful renew and
upgrade and will subsequently receive access
to additional certified level benefits.
In the event that you fail to meet all published
criteria, you will be notified on the areas your
company needs to invest in order to
successfully upgrade your membership.
You can print this page as confirmation of
your enrollment submission.
