Guide to Complete OPN Enrollment Form: Membership Renewal and Upgrade
Overview
An Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) Membership is valid for one year and must be renewed annually. A valid OPN membership
guarantees continued access to the benefits of OPN and maintains the validity of agreements, such as distribution agreements, which
are directly linked to the OPN membership. Only the Primary Administrator your company has the ability to renew the company OPN
membership. The Primary Admin may initiate the membership renewal process 90 days prior to its expiration.
During the renewal period, the Primary Admin may also upgrade the company OPN membership to Certified Partner (CP) or Certified
Advantage Partner (CAP). If you choose the upgrade option within the 90-day period, your company is required to accept the online
terms of the Oracle PartnerNetwork Agreement and submit payment for the next annual membership term. . Learn more about the

To renew your membership, log in to Oracle PartnerNetwork and select ‘Membership’ tab and click ‘Renew and Upgrade Membership.’

Step-by-Step Guide
STEP 1: Answer the Membership
Renewal/Upgrade question and click on the
NEXT button.
North America
Applicants within North America must select
“Continue working directly with Oracle.”

STEP 2: Review and update the Country,
Email Address, and select Membership Type.
Note: You are only required to enter a value
in the Worldwide Parent PIN field if you select
the ”Associate” membership type.
STEP 3: Complete page 1 of the Company
Information.
Note: You will be required to complete 4
pages in this section.
Page 1 outlines the Primary contact for your
OPN related activities. This page will be prepopulated with the details of the person
applying for the membership and they will
automatically be nominated as your
company's Primary OPN Administrator. The
Primary OPN Administrator is the main
contact person within your company whose
role will be to manage your OPN
Membership.
Important Note: The Primary Administrator
email must contain the company domain. Do
NOT use a Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.

STEP 4: Complete page 2 of the Company
Information.
Page 2 of the Company Inforamation requires
you to provide us with information about your
company such as Company Legal Name and
Address.
Note: It is important that the Company Legal
Name entered here be the same as is on your
Oracle PartnerNetwork Agreement.

STEP 5: Complete page 3 of the Company
Information.
Page 3 of the Company Information requires
you to provide us with additional information
about your company such as Partner
Category, Product Focus Areas and
Specializations. You should choose the
Partner Category which best describes your
company and the Product Focus Areas in
which you plan to engage. Please keep in
mind that, although you may declare your
interest, you may not be accepted in the
Product Focus Areas you have selected.
In addition, you will be asked to select your
preferred Oracle Value-Added Distributor
(VAD).
In APAC, partners from Malaysia and Taiwan
who want to resell Oracle programs must
work with a VAD.
In North America, partners who want to resell
Oracle software must work with a VAD.
Partners whose customers are primarily
Federal, State and Local Government
Agencies should select "N/A" on the pick list
and will need to work directly with Oracle and
not through VADs.

STEP 6: Review and update Company
Information, Page 4.
Page 4 of the Company Information contains
questions that ask partners to validate the
existence of related parties, their company
structure, compliance with US laws and other
applicable local laws. Please review and
update as needed.
Please note that failure to respond to these
questions may result in delay or rejection of
your application.

This section is required for you to provide us
with information about each product with
which your company works.
STEP 11: Sign Contract
An Oracle PartnerNetwork Agreement is
presented to you during the membership
enrollment process. In order to join OPN, your
company needs to accept the terms and
conditions of the Oracle PartnerNetwork
Agreement in one of two ways:
 Accept the terms and conditions of this
agreement online by entering the name
and job title of your company’s contact
person.
 Download the agreement, sign it, and
then fax a copy back to Oracle.
Please note that Associate memberships are
not presented with an Oracle PartnerNetwork
Agreement as they are covered under the
terms and conditions of the Worldwide OPN
membership.
STEP 12: Payment Information
In the Payment Info section, choose and
submit a mode of payment available in your
country. This site is enabled with SSL
Encryption and all information submitted is
secure. The annual OPN membership fee is
$1,995 USD or the equivalent in other
currencies. The local sales tax will be added
to the membership fee where applicable at
time of processing your membership
enrollment form. Please note that it is your
responsibility to pay any extra fees or charges
that may result when using wire transfer or
other payment methods.
Please note that Associate memberships will
not be required to submit payment as they fall
under the Worldwide OPN Membership.

For partners in Asia Pacific, payment may be
made only by the following methods:

Credit Card - Payment can be
completed by VISA, AMEX or
MasterCard in Australia, New Zealand
and Singapore. Please enter credit card
information in the payment screen.
Cheque - Please make cheques payable
to your local Oracle office. Contact the
local OPN office for additional
assistance.
Wire Transfer - When making your wire
transfer to your bank, please note your
OPN 12 digit PIN and instruct your bank
to also note this reference number
through the banking process. Contact the
local OPN office for additional
assistance.
Demand Draft – To be used as the
payment method in India. Contact the
local OPN office for additional
assistance.
Purchase Order (PO) - Indicate terms
‘Net 30 days’ on your Purchase Order.

STEP 15: Billing Contact. Update all
required information about your billing
contact.
STEP 16: Submit Form. To submit your
online form for processing, a red check mark
must appear next to each section heading. If
a check mark is missing, use the left
navigation menu to access the questions.
Once all sections are marked with a check
mark, the SUBMIT FORM button will appear
in red.
Click the SUBMIT FORM button to submit
your membership renew and upgrade request
to Oracle for processing.
STEP 17: Thank You Page. After Oracle
has verified your responses, you will be
notified of your successful renew and
upgrade and will subsequently receive access
to additional certified level benefits.
In the event that you fail to meet all published
criteria, you will be notified on the areas your
company needs to invest in order to
successfully upgrade your membership.
You can print this page as confirmation of
your enrollment submission.
