Not applicable. Our application is for signage / advertisements and we are
proposing no other development to the site with this application.
Layout
Please refer to block plan drawing no. 387342-8 for clarification of sign positions.
Scale
Not applicable. Our application relates only to the installation of signage / adverts
on an existing building. We are not proposing any new buildings as part of this
application.
Landscaping
Not applicable. Our application relates only to the installation of signage / adverts.
No new landscaping is to take place or any existing landscaping impacted upon as
part of this application.

EXISTING TEXT X 4
We are proposing to change the existing text with low energy colour changing RGB
Leds for face illumination only.
EXISTING MENUS x 4
Existing menus to be refurbished.
POLE MOUNTED SIGN
Introduction of a black mild steel pole fitted with a hanging sign. Sign hangs from
black steel lugs. Sign is a 1.2mm stainless steel diamond box finished silver RAL
9006 on the returns and face rims. 5mm 9006 on the returns and face rims. 5mm
040 opal acrylic faces for the diamond box. Front rectangular boxes from 1.2mm
descaled stainless steel finished silver RAL9006 with opal acrylic faces and text
shown in stencil cut opaque black vinyl. Letters and diamond faces are internally
illuminated via low energy colour changing RGB Leds.
LIGHT BOX
To replace existing non illuminated light box sign with a folded welded 1.2mm
descaled stainless steel light box finished satin black. Face is fret cut and backed
with opal 030 acrylic. Fitted internally with low energy white LEDs and fitted in same
position as existing.
DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE
To replace existing 3mm aluminium panel is finished satin black. White vinyl text is
applied to the face. Non illuminated.
Our design team have looked at all aspects of creating a signage scheme that
enhances the building and surrounding conservation area and is sympathetic to the
listed building. We have used traditional materials and muted colours.
We do not foresee any detrimental impact on the building with regards to our
signage scheme.
Access
Not applicable. Our application relates to signage / adverts only. There will be no
change to the current access arrangements as part of this application.
