BYC Member’s &Visitor Procedure
 A VISITOR is any person 18 years of age and older that wishes to
meet a MEMBER at the Club House or Hard Stand Area.
 If a MEMBER has VISITORS at the Club House they will need to
sign the VISITOR’S Book located inside the club house.
 At all times the VISITOR must be in the company of the signing
MEMBER while at Club House or Hard Stand Area.
 The VISITOR is to follow BYC rules at all times.
 If the signing MEMBER leaves the Club House, the VISITOR
should leave or be re-signed in with a different MEMBER.
 If a VISITOR goes directly to the MEMBER’S boat, there is no
need to sign VISITOR’S book.
 VISITORS shall not use Club House or BYC facilities without a
MEMBER signing them into the VISITOR’S Book.
 VISITORS That are signed in more that Four (4) time should


The MEMBER signing in a VISITOR into to the Club House or
Hard Stand Area is responsible for the VISITOR and any children
(under 18years) accompanying them.
