Formed a consultancy to focus on the evaluation and promotion of exploration and production opportunities,
utilising my seismic interpretation expertise in both 2D and 3D data as well as my overall geological and
commercial expertise. Many projects completed on South America, Africa, Middle East and Europe. Clients
include Chevron, Nexen, Noble, Repsol, BG, Perenco, Petro Celtic, Idemitsu, Amerada Hess and Oil India.
Single projects to 2015
ERCL, 2014/5 Evaluated prospects and discoveries from EQUUS petroleum concession for input to competent
persons report and also generated 4 new low risk prospects.
Idemitsu 2014, 28th licence round evaluated 2 discoveries leading to one application.
Swift Exploration, 28th Licence round carried out geoscience work on a 5 block application.
Cirque Energy, 14th UK onshore licence round generated large conventional prospect for application.
RPS 2013, evaluated a number of opportunities in Kazakstan for a Russian company.

BRITOIL/BP, 1979-1989
Extensive exploration and production experience as a Geophysicist and Team Leader throughout the UKCS
and NW Europe.
 Lead an innovative technical evaluation to define a new play and discover the Forth (Harding) Field,
150mmbbls.
 Geophysicist on Faeroe basin, 9th round, Tertiary play yielded Foinaven and Schiehallion fields
 Geophysicist on Amethyst Gas development. Pioneered using seismic amplitudes for reservoir characterisation.
