National Student Survey (NSS) 2016 Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions Bournemouth University Higher Education Corporation (“us” “our” “we”) of Poole House, Talbot Campus, Fern Barrow, Poole, Dorset, BH12 5BB is, in addition to rewarding each eligible student who completes the NSS survey online with the chance to claim a £3 SUBU e-voucher for use in any SUBU outlet (alternative available for partner colleges), giving you the chance to win one of 7 available prizes. Opening/closing date & time The competition will run from 11th January 2016 to 30 April 2016, although entrants will have until 16th April 2016 to claim their £3 SUBU voucher. Any entries received before or after this period will not be counted. Method of entry Follow the link to the NSS Survey instructions for completion of the survey. Entrants are required to log on to the survey, using their student reference number, and to complete and submit their responses before they will be eligible for entry. Entry is free. By entering the prize draw entrants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions. Prize draw date The winners will be contacted by e-mail from the Student Communications Team on or around 20th May 2016. Students who do not wish to be entered for the prize draw should contact NSSvoucher@bournemouth.ac.uk. Prize The prizes available are as follows: 1 x iPad Pro: The latest 128GB wifi with a portable keypad 1 x made to measure suit for either a male or female student from Bournemouth’s Fox Tailoring 5 x £200 cash Prizes must be collected by a time and at a place specified by us and will only be released following proof of identification. No cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond our control and/or to offer an alternative prize. If for any reason the winner chooses not to take up the prize, we reserve the right to retain or dispose of the prize at our sole discretion. We accept no responsibility if the contact details provided by the entrant are incomplete or incorrect. Selection Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received by the closing date and will be drawn at random by the company who manage the NSS, Ipsos Mori, on behalf of BU. Winners will be contacted to see if they wish their names to be featured on the Student Portal. Restrictions The survey is only open to current Bournemouth University final year undergraduate students, including those studying on Bournemouth University courses within partner colleges. Entry is restricted to one chance per student. You must be 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition. No proof of purchase required. Failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in an entry being invalid and/or forfeiture of any prize. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Intellectual Property Ownership of all intellectual property rights created as a result of your participation in the survey in whatever format shall vest in us. Privacy The personal information you provide to us when entering the competition will be held and used by us to administer the draw and the results of the survey will be used by us to evaluate and enhance our student services. We will only share the results of the survey with third parties in order to administer the prize draw on our behalf. We will only pass your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes if you have agreed to receive marketing information from those third parties. Your personal data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Applicable Law These terms and conditions shall be subject to and governed by English law and any disputes arising from or under them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
