receive a separate email from "01Click Support" with the installation instructions and
login credentials for the Know on the Go mobile app.
What is “Know on the Go”?
Know on the Go is a mobile app to help you prepare you for engaging in client
conversations, wherever they take place. This innovative app includes assets and
coaching, organized into specific conversation modules, that will prepare you for client
interactions while on-the-go. This is currently offered for IBM Smarter Commerce

Pre-requisite Assignment
Once you have familiarized yourself with the navigation and content of the tool, please
answer the following questions:
