Membership Guidelines Full Member: Senior individuals with a record of productivity in translational research quantifiable by funding and publications, and a history of mentoring, quantifiable by outcomes. Individuals must agree to support the educational mission of DVICTS by serving as mentors for junior investigators, and by participating in pilot funding and protocol reviews, and in programs that cultivate team science. Associate Member: Junior faculty, K-12 scholars, and fellows who are committed to careers as translational investigators, substantiated by a record of participation and productivity in the field. Individuals are expected to demonstrate their commitment to transdisciplinary mentoring teams and to participate in DVICTS scientific and educational programming. Affiliate Member: Key stakeholders who support the mission of regional clinical and translational research or individuals who work in clinical and translational research and support the mission of DVICTS and include, but are not limited to, administrative team members, community leaders, community physicians, and pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry members. These individuals are expected to demonstrate their commitment to transdisciplinary translational science and participate in the scientific and educational programming of DVICTS. Term of Membership: Membership in DVICTS is for a 3 year renewable term. Membership review will be the responsibility of the DVICTS Steering Committee and will be considered monthly.
