1. On Friday, December 18, Dutch Inn will host a Senior Breakfast from 6:45-8:10 AM.
The cost for seniors who have paid their dues is $8.00. Because over half of the cost of
the breakfast festivities is being covered by the senior account, seniors cannot attend the
breakfast without paying the $25 dues. If you still need to take care of this responsibility,
see Mrs. Varner. In order to be a part of this activity, please follow these directions:
 Make sure you have paid your $25 senior dues.
 Complete the attached permission form, getting parental approval.
 Give the attached permission form and $8.00 to Mrs. Varner by Wednesday,
December 16. She cannot accept any forms after that deadline.
You do not want to miss this fun event! We will have an incredible buffet breakfast,
voting for senior shirt designs, and the unveiling of the senior superlatives!
2. Join BHS’s Ugly Holiday Sweater Day- Friday, December 18! The senior who wears the ugliest
sweater at the breakfast will win a VERY special award. 
3. We need to choose the designs for our senior shirts and hoodies! If you are interested in helping to
design these shirts, please bring your idea(s) to Mrs. Varner or your officers by Friday, December 11.
We will choose options for the shirt on Wednesday, December 16, in room 41, beginning at 3:35. If your
design idea is chosen as one of the finalist ideas, you will get into the Senior breakfast FREE! Final
voting for the shirt/hoodie designs will occur at the senior breakfast. So again, you don’t want to miss
the senior breakfast.
4. Senior Superlatives- Find out who earned the esteemed awards at the senior breakfast!
5. Second Annual Senior Secret Santa Exchange- If you would like to join a Senior Class
Secret Santa Gift Exchange, please complete the form on the right hand side of this newsletter and give
it to Mrs. Varner by Thursday, December 10. How do you join this fun event? Read on!

Fill out the Secret Santa form and return only that portion to Mrs. Varner by Thursday,
December 10.
b.
On Friday, December 11, stop by Mrs. Varner’s room (#41), so you may draw the name of your
Secret Santa from all those seniors who are participating.
c.
Beginning on Wednesday, December 16, and continuing until Friday, December 18, you will
secretly leave a small gift ($1-2) daily for your chosen Secret Santa to find and enjoy. You
may even bring the gift to Mrs. Varner, and she will deliver it for you. On Friday, December 18
(preferably at the Senior Breakfast), you may unveil your identity to your Secret Santa by giving
him/her a larger gift ($5).
