recommendations are appropriate and should they be implemented if

4/19/11 – ERCOT Board request for TAC to review the declining amount of
fuel oil capacity which is able to back up natural gas units.
4/19/11 - ERCOT Board request for TAC to evaluate whether the Planning
Working Group should approve the Seasonal Assessment recommended by
the ERCOT Board Task Force on Operations.
