Complimentary Tickets
You may request a maximum of 10% of your venue capacity as complimentary tickets, these are charged at
the Complimentary rate. Complimentary tickets must not be on-sold.
Children under 2 years of age will be admitted to the venue free of charge as long as they are seated on a
ticket holders lap. If you do not wish this to happen please select the appropriate reason:
It’s a children’s show: All children 12 months and over must buy a ticket.

Box Office Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and from one hour prior to performances (closed public holidays)
Online ticket sales are available 24 hours a day, up to 2 hours prior to performances
Sales Reports
You will be provided with a user name and password to check your event sales online via the ticketing
system.
Settlement Times
Within 5 working days of your final performance date you will be provided with an interim ticketing report.
These figures will be reconciled by our financial department, after which you will receive a final settlement
report and the funds will be transferred via EFT. Therefore please allow approximately four weeks from the
end of your event for receiving full settlement.

*Complimentary tickets are made available for people with a disability who require a companion to enable
them to access arts and community activities, through the Companion Card program. These complimentary
tickets will not incur any fees or charges to the hirer/event.
*The venue will hold four House seats for every performance for use at the discretion of venue management.
Unused House seats will be released for sale if not required. Allocated House seats will not incur any fees or
charges.
