ABSTRACT This short document provides information and instructions for preparing an abstract of about 300 words to be included in the Book of Abstracts of the 11th HSTAM International Congress on Mechanics. It should be in MS Word file format (.doc.) or pdf format. The abstract should state clearly the purpose, procedure, results and conclusions of the full paper and the submission deadline is 20th December 2015. For abstract submission you are kindly requested to follow the instructions on: http://11hstam.ntua.gr/authors-area Further information and deadlines are posted in the Congress web page: http://11hstam.ntua.gr. 2 GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS 2.1 Text The abstract must be written in English, A4 paper, single-spaced, justified, with a font size of 10 pt, in Times New Roman. Equations, references, figures and tables should be avoided if possible. 2.2 Margins The margins must be formatted to 2.5 cm on all sides of the paper. The headers and footers must be 2.0 cm.
