Rally at the Ohio Statehouse

This rally is regarding the subjects such as Senate Bill #5, Prevailing Wage,
Ohio School Facilities Commission and House Bill #61 (comp time vs. overtime).
AFL-CIO will have a number of buses leaving from 310's hall 3250 Euclid
Ave., Tuesday morning 7 a.m.
IBEW members, who would like to carpool, can park (In Columbus) at Local
Union 683’s Hall at 23 West Second Ave or 683’s Training Center at 947
Goodale Blvd. Shuttles will be provided by the Ohio State Conference & Local
683. Shuttles will take you to & from the Statehouse starting at 8:00 AM
We encourage all members, that can, to make this rally. We will pass along
information as it comes to us from the IBEW 4th District Office, & the State
Building Trades. We will update information thru this e-mail blast, the job line

Also, attached is the contact information for the State Senators in our geographic
area. The Republicans hold a 23-10 majority in the State Senate. Labor needs at
least seven Senators to vote with the Democrats. Please phone or e-mail your
State senator, and tell them you are opposed to SB 5.
