EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

KING’S COLLEGE HOSPITAL & MEDWAY HOSPITAL:
1. Scanning skills: routine ultrasound scans at all gestational ages being certified by
the fetal medicine foundation for: nuchal scans, anomaly scans, growth scans,
Doppler, cervical assessment and cardiac scans.
2. Management of high risk pregnancies: multiple pregnancies, maternal disease
induced or pre-existent to pregnancy (preeclampsia, hypertension, colagenosis,
diabetes, kidney disease etc), maternal infections, recurrent pregnancy loss, preterm
delivery etc.
3. Management of fetal abnormalities: diagnosis and counseling.
4. Invasive procedures: chorionic villus sampling and amniocentesis.

POLIZU HOSPITAL jan 2011-present: RESIDENT IN TRAINING
1. Gynecological skill: Training under Dr. Horia Cioflan and being part of his
surgery team I have participated in a large number of hysterectomies, laparoscopy
and hysteroscopy procedures (for infertility, uterine malformations) thus
becoming very familiar with minimal invasive surgery.
2. Obstetrics skill: C-sections, vaginal deliveries and pregnancy follow-up


OBSERVER/ASSISTANT for Dr. Adela Dinu where at first I observed fetal scans and
then later I begun to take part in the department’s activity such as writing the scans,
