components of
program
evaluation in order

impact on LRE
 Develop a reflective team process
for the PPT process

I have participated in FM and PD on
California’s FM. I have piloted an
IEP reflection process with
Bridgeport, which has been refined
with use. I have also participated in
the development of IC maps, which
have focused on assessing LRE and
accommodations. I have a clearer
understanding of the content and the
way the content should be delivered
and feel ready to begin more
formally developing this.
 Identify the policies and legal
aspects that effect LRE
 Provide training on School Based
Practices Profile (SBPP)
 Participate in the scope and
sequence of content and process
for professional development on
LRE
 Develop skills to provide effective
oversight of professional
development for districts targeted
to focus on LRE

This has been hold currently.
There may not be a further need
for this.
Long Range Goal

outcomes, reporting of
participant statistics, and
program evaluation that is
simplistic and time efficient.
I have been continuously
enhancing my use of technology.
Currently I have learning more
about how to organize and
manage data via technology. I
would like to become more
involved in a SERC-wide use of
technology working towards
improving the use of technology.
 Organize commonly used
