APPLICATION FOR SPONSORSHIP by UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI
University of Miami faculty, students, and staff may apply for sponsorship to attend
the symposium. A limited number of full meeting sponsorships are available to
cover the delegate registration fee for the symposium. Delegates will be
responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs, if any.
DEADLINE: All applications must be submitted to:

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE: Applicants who are accepted for sponsorship
will be notified by the University of Miami, and receive confirmation from
Elsevier.
