KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Responsible for managing technology related requests covering both issue resolution and infrastructure changes. 2. Provide IT support to the CCQI, NCCMH, London, Eastern and South Eastern Divisions. 3. Manage, support and troubleshoot the CRU Network Domain, including all client hardware and software installations. 4. Manage, support and troubleshoot CCQI and NCCMH databases, liaising closely with departments to determine their needs. 5. Support CCQI and NCCMH projects through full project life cycle. 6.
