A Certificate or Diploma in veterinary dentistry e.g. BVDA, BVNA or equivalent A Track record of providing excellent nursing care to inpatients and service to their owners. A/I A Experience working in an RCVS Practice Standards Scheme accredited Veterinary Hospital and knowledge of the requirements. A/I Enhancement or post qualification training e.g. advanced diploma or technician certificate, Clinical coach qualification or SQP accreditation. A/I Strong knowledge and experience with dental cases including dental radiography, homecare and instrument and equipment care. A/I Experience and knowledge of small mammal and exotic species husbandry and willing to undertake further study on exotic species care. I Experience in anaesthesia and surgical nursing. Experience or understanding of the requirements for the ISFM feline friendly practice scheme. I Experience coaching and teaching undergraduate veterinary students and/or trainee veterinary nurses in practical nursing tasks. A/I Experience of RxWorks. I Excellent communication skills; in written and spoken English. A/I Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback. I The ability to remain calm and assertive I Communication under pressure and the ability to use tact and discretion when dealing with difficult situations/issues.
