Welcome to Session 101 – Risk Analysis of Behavior Problems
Dr. Melissa Bain is board certified in veterinary behavior and is
the chief of service of the Clinical Animal Behavior Service. She
received her DVM from the University of Illinois in 1994. She then
worked in small and mixed animal veterinary practices in the
Midwest before completing a residency in clinical animal behavior
and a master’s degree in advanced clinical research at University
of California, Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. She is a past
president of the American College of Veterinary Behaviorists and
the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior.
