The CINTAS GRADUATE ETHICS FELLOWSHIP
For Graduate Business Students
Scholarship to support ethics related education for business students
Introduction
The Cintas Graduate Ethics Fellowship (CGEF) was established to help students enhance their exposure to Values
Based Leadership by taking courses related to Ethics, Governance, Leadership, and Sustainability. Upon
successful completion of all the Fellowship requirements, including the Values Based Leadership MBA
concentration, awardees will be reimbursed the cost of either:
1. a three (3) credit hour MBA course (in the evening or weekend programs) from Xavier University, plus a
trip to an ethics conference, with reasonable expenses reimbursed by the Cintas Institute for Business
Ethics. The reimbursed course must have Values Based Leadership as one of its main themes, to qualify for
reimbursement.
2. 90% of the program fees for the London – Paris International Ethics course (2016 estimate for the program
fees are $4,000, so the reimbursed costs would be $3,600). Students would be responsible for tuition for
this course, plus 10% of the program fees (approximately $400). The $4,000 program fee covers airfare,
hotels, transfers, some admissions and some meals.
There is no set maximum of Graduate Fellowships that will be awarded in any given year.
