The Cintas Graduate Ethics Fellowship For Graduate Business Students Scholarship to support ethics related education for business students Introduction The Cintas Graduate Ethics Fellowship (CGEF) was established to help WCB graduate students enhance their exposure to Leadership, Ethics, Governance and Sustainability. Applicants must be accepted into Xavier's MBA or graduate program, and maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher in the program. Students who are enrolled in, or registered for, at least two MBA electives that have Leadership, Ethics, Governance or Sustainability as one of its main themes, may apply for the Fellowship. The Cintas Graduate Ethics Fellows will be reimbursed the cost of a three (3) credit hour Graduate MBA course from Xavier University in the areas of Leadership, Ethics, Governance and Sustainability, upon successful completion of the courses, and the art project. CGEFs are also invited to attend an ethics related conference, sponsored by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics. Reasonable expenses for airfare, hotel, registration, and meals will be reimbursed by the Cintas Institute for Business Ethics. Fellowship duties include supporting Cintas Ethics Institute events, attending the end of year celebration, and completing an ethics-related "museum quality" project (e.g. art, video, music, or sculpture) suitable for display within the Williams College of Business. The CGEF can create the art project on their own, or work with an artist on the project. Normal expenses for supplies, and reasonable honoraria for the artists, are available for the project.
