Decisions:



The group will focus on three broad outcomes covering biodiversity, water
quality and community/people (each outcome will have a separate subgroup).
Underneath each overarching outcome will be more detailed
outcomes/targets for the subgroups to focus on.
Several organisations within the steering group are likely to have an interest
in all three outcome subgroups – it is up to each organisation to decide
whether they prioritise one, have the same person attend more than one
subgroup, or different people at each.

September 2012 is a more realistic target for a draft catchment plan (rather
than March 2012).
Catchment Restoration Fund – aim to submit one bid for each subgroup in the
September opening.
Audience for catchment plan – those that ‘live, work and play’ within the
catchment. Content and language of plan should reflect this.
Subgroups to meet before Easter. Steering Group to meet again in April (with
addition of telecon catch-up beforehand).
