Fees as follows:
Post Entry Fee:
Any Master Entry Form NOT postmarked or e-mailed
to the show secretary by Midnight Tuesday September
6, 2011 will be charged a $25 one-time fee per
exhibitor.
Note to exhibitors: Class entries/changes can be made at
the show. Our show secretary has requested that you send
in your entries at the same time as your Master Entry
Form. This will help her set up the classes in advance of
the show. Please help her do her job as efficiently as
possible. Please notify gate-person of scratches.
Office Fee: $40/horse
Entry Fees: $50/class, or $200 division fee/show (must
show in 4 or more classes in a division).
Note: You must have paid the $200 division fee/show (and
shown in 4 or more classes in a division) before the onetime $40 cross-over fee applies.
Walk Trot 5-9 only $20/class
Leadline – Free
There will be no cross over fee charged for exhibitors
crossing over between Novice Youth and Youth, or
Novice Amateur and Amateur divisions.
There will be a $40 Cross-over fee charged between Open
division and any other division and Green division and any
other division. (this is a one-time fee).

STABLING:
Stalls will be booked only upon receipt
of funds. There will be no refunds for
stabling. Make cheques payable to APHC

Detached Barn Stabling:
$85/stall (includes Fri. & Sat. nights only).
Extra nights (Thurs and/or Sun.) @ $42.50/night/stall.
Please advise us if you are arriving early and/or leaving late
and include payment for extra nights in your cheque.
Attached Barn Stabling:
There are a limited number of premium stalls available in the barn
attached to the arena available at $90/stall (includes Fri & Sat
nights only).
Extra nights (Thurs and/or Sun.) @ $45/night/stall.
Please advise us if you are arriving early and/or leaving late
and include payment for extra nights in your cheque.
Stall Cleanout Check – Important
Please enclose a separate cheque for $20/stall for stall
cleanout fee. At the end of the show Amberlea staff and
APHC volunteers will verify each stall cleaned out, and if
your stall is cleaned out then your cheque will be
destroyed. If your stall is not cleaned out, then we will
cash your cheque. We are charged stall cleaning by
Amberlea on each stall.
Note 1: No daily haul-ins of horses are permitted at
Amberlea, (every horse on the grounds must have a stall).
Note 2: There are 24 plug-ins available on a first-come
first served basis, & cannot be pre-booked. Charge is
$20/night per plug-in. Plug-ins are to be paid with
show fees at the end of the show
Please advise us if you are arriving early and/or leaving
late, as you will also be charged plug-ins for these nights.
Plug-in area is beside the old red barn close to the main
entrance of Amberlea. Do not plug in beside Detached
barn, it is not set up for this service.
Note 3: NO MOTORHOMES OR TRAILERS WITH
PROPANE TANKS MAY PARK WITHIN 50 FEET of
ANY BUILDING TO AVOID RISK OF FIRE
DAMAGE FROM PROPANE EXPLOSION.
The APHC, its Board of Directors, organizers, and
volunteers shall not be held responsible for any injury
or death of person(s), or animal(s) or damage to
property during this event. All owners and exhibitors
stable, exhibit, and enter the show grounds at their
own risk. All spectators also enter the show grounds at
their own risk.
