Keep campaigning and getting people to vote. President’s Report Voting has begun. We need to get voter turnout to prove we are a legitimate representative body. Will be sending a survey out from Dr. Taylor to the Student Government shortly Met with Pi Kappa Phi on Friday Recap of what we have done this term i. Went to SG Voices at Caldwell College ii. Implemented a new budget system iii. Informal Ice Cream Social Town Hall to give us feedback for what to work on during the term iv. Played an integral role in upgrades to Cafe, Cove, and Living Room v. Instituted a GDS Philanthropic Policy vi. Unveiled the commuter access privilege program vii. Unveiled the TurboVote initiative viii. Participated in the involvement fair ix. Unveiled a new logo and a new vision for what SGA stands for x. Unveiled a new website xi. Co-hosted 9/11 Service with ROTC xii. Negotiated an advertising agreement with the Setonian xiii. Had the first TimTalks and started a trend of open forums for constituencies xiv. Esteban in October Met with CFO regarding ATM change on campus Served on TLTR committee to improve technology on campus Served on budget committee PR rebranded SGA once again Village Relations worked with the village and got us representation within South Orange Academic Affairs has been working on the Honor Code Task Force Finance Committee did not run any type of deficit and helped tremendously with the budget expansion process Student Life worked closely with GDS, IT, SHUCycle, Athletics, and Operations to do excellent work and institute change campus wide X. Treasurer’s Report Held successful sessions on Saturday to help orgs with questions regarding Finances Printout of the Budget Application and the email I sent out is in the office Apps are due April 10th by 5pm Allocations will be sent by April 22 XI.
