RELESE OF LIABILITY, WAVER OF CLAIMS ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY
AGREEMENT
BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT YOU WILL WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS INCLUDING THE
RIGHT TO SUE. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! CARE MUST BE TAKEN THAT YOU UNDERSTAND
AND FULLY AGREE TO ALL STIPULATIONS ENTERED HEREIN.
TO: THREE BARS CATTLE AND GUEST RANCH – 310613 BC LTD
Herein referred to as three bars cattle and guest ranch
From and in considerations of Three Base Cattle and Guest Ranch accepting participation of either myself or my minor children in
horseback riding, horseback riding lessons, bicycle riding, rafting, fishing, volleyball, campfires, hiking, or any other activities that I
or my children may be involved in, or any services related or unrelated that they may provide I the undersigned. DO HEREBY
RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE Three Bars Cattle and Guest Ranch, its owners, agents, employees, owners or lessors of
horses, lessors or suppliers of land, machinery, equipment of tack from any and all actions, caused of actions, claims, suits, demands,
contracts and damages of any nature of kind whatsoever, whether of not arising by reason of activity of passive negligence,
imprudence, lack of skill or error of judgment by any of the aforementioned.
I understand that any horse related activity or any activity involves certain risks, dangers and hazards. In full knowledge of the
existence of these risks, dangers and hazards I fully assume the responsibility and consequences of any harm, bodily injury, loss of
limb of life of any resulting expense of inconvenience to my persons or that of my minor children arising as a result of participation of
these aforesaid activities.
I agree that Three Bars Guest and Cattle Ranch reserves the right to, at their SOLE DISCRETION and at any time before of during a
ride or activity, refuse any individual to participate who is or becomes a hazard to himself, herself, other members or horses involved
in the ride or activity. I also agree that no refund of payment will be granted for such refusal.
I hereby agree to HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any lawsuit, claim, of liability whatsoever
arising form death, injury, loss or damage to myself, my property and for any property damage, personal injury or death to any
children of mine who participate in the activities.
I acknowledge and agree that I have had an opportunity to consider and to read this document and that I fully understand its contents.
I also agree that the terms herein shall constitute a Release of Liability in favor of Three Bars Cattle and Guest Ranch and that I
assume all responsibility for myself and or my minor children.
I acknowledge that I have read and understood the contents of this document. Of my own freewill, using my own judgment, belief,
and knowledge, I have, on my own accord, affixed my signature below.
