RE: Senior Portraits, Memory Pages, Senior Wills, Senior Quotes, & Baby Pictures
Dear Senior Parents,
This is the day to start organizing your son/daughter(s) senior portraits, quotes, baby
pictures, senior wills, and memory pages. This year’s Yearbook class would like to ask a
favor from you; we need your help to organize your son/daughters senior portraits.
Senior baby pictures and portraits/senior pictures will be due by October 29, 2015. This
year, we are taking ONLY digital senior photos. Most professional photography
establishments give digital photos to their clients. This helps not decrease the pixel size,
which makes for better visual imagery for digital printing in the book. If you do not get
the pictures in on time, your son/daughter(s) will not be in the 2015-2016 Yearbook. If
you are looking into buying a senior memory page, we would like to have your created
collage by November 16, 2015. If you purchase a memory page for your son/daughter,
it’s your responsibility to create the DIGITAL collage that you’d like in our Yearbook
2015-2016 (a digital collage is the only acceptable means for us to incorporate your
photos). A full page has the dimensions of 7.75 x 10.5. We have included prices and
size examples for you to choose. These pages are limited and on a first come basis, so
don’t procrastinate to have a memory page that reflects the life of your son/daughter(s).
This is a great opportunity for your son or daughter to have a special place that will be
forever cherished.

Happy 2015-2016 school year! We hope to create the best Yearbook yet, so get your
portraits, quotes, baby pictures, and memory pages to us by the designated dates to ensure
your son/daughter is included in this year’s yearbook.
