Please practice sight words daily, even if it just 5 minutes a day. Remember make it fun with sticky notes around the house or flash card games. Please practice rhyming with your child also. You can do this in a fun way also by replacing the first letter of words to make them rhyme; they can be real words or silly words. Please Read With Your Child Daily! Don’t forget to fill out reading logs. Our class has read over 2000 minutes this week! There is a new sight word list in the LION books. Says was changed to “said” and “away” was changed to “this”.
