Water Bottles and Snacks Students are allowed to bring empty or unopened water bottles to school. Please don’t send opened bottles to school, as we have had a few disastrous backpack leaks in the past. We recommend replacing the bottles periodically for sanitary reasons. Please make sure the bottles are clearly labeled with your child’s name. 5th graders use a lot of energy, so students may bring a healthy snack to eat in the morning. Please avoid sugary snacks because they provide a brief energy burst followed by a feeling of hunger and fatigue. Make sure the snack can be eaten in ten minutes or less. Thank You Mrs. McGinty
