I have worked in public health informatics both in a government (including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and academic environment for approximately the past twelve years. In the past, I have worked with laboratory informatics systems in a variety of clinical, environmental, and chemical labs integrating lab data with external information for analytics. With over 32 years applying technology in various industries and science domains I explore unique ideas around informatics that expand analytics using data in public health programs. B.
