The above rates are applicable on 11th & 12th November, 2014. The same rates will be offered 3 days prior and
post on an availability basis but these rates cannot be guaranteed.

Any reservations received once the room block is filled or deadline has passed will be confirmed subject to availability.

 Taxes will be extra as applicable on all the above-applied rates. The current tax structure on the rooms is 10.0% of luxury
tax of printed tariff, 7.45% of service tax on the special rate and 12.5% of Dvat on food component of the room rate. Any
change in the Government taxes will be reflected in the billing.
 Room Type Preferences such as Non Smoking, Twin Bed Rooms and Higher Floor and Pool Facing rooms are as per
request and not guaranteed.
 Lower promotional rates with restrictions are sometimes available through the hotel website and Reservations
department. You are advised to check for the same at the time of booking.
 Guest will be charged in INR at the Hotel’s prevailing exchange rate at the time of check-in
 All the guests will be paying the incidental charges and room/tax charges directly before or at the time of checkout.
 Hotel will take credit card/ cash guarantee from all the guests at the time of check-in.
 Official check-in time: 12:00hrs and check-out time: 12:00hrs
 Cancellation policy: Until 24 hours prior to arrival the deposit of one nights room rate plus tax will be refunded to the
individual guest. Within 24 hours prior to arrival the deposit is not refundable.
 No shows: The deposit of one night’s room rate plus tax is not refundable.
 Reservations will only be accepted if guaranteed by a credit card and full details provided.
By agreeing to make a reservation at this hotel, I authorise the hotel to charge my credit card if I am unable to cancel
my reservation within the cancellation policy or if I do not stay at the hotel without informing the hotel or The Corporate
Team in advance.
